50 m² apartment on the first floor of a traditional farmhouse on a 1.5-hectare property.



Enjoy a peaceful, relaxing environment! The apartment features an open-plan kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and a separate bedroom. Up to 6 guests can stay by renting two additional en-suite bedrooms (see guest room rates). One extra guest can be accommodated for €30 per person per night.



A dedicated part of the garden with outdoor furniture and loungers is reserved for you. As the apartment adjoins our own home, we’re available to assist you with anything you need.



The property is centrally located between three regions: Pays d’Auge, Suisse Normande, and the D-Day beaches. All major sites are within a 20-minute drive. You’re just 5 minutes from Falaise, birthplace of William the Conqueror, and 20 minutes from Caen, the City of a Thousand Spires.



A small pet may be allowed upon prior agreement.



From 15/09 to 15/10, heating is available for an extra €35 per week if needed. From 15/10 to 15/04, heating is mandatory for an extra €35 per week.
