Location was excellent--easy access to freeways and the beach. Layout of the house also excellent with the best dining room table and enough chairs for all. Comfortable living room too. Great yard and good outdoor equipment. However, air conditioning did not work nor the microwave nor the hot tub nor the can lights in the kitchen until a certain time. Sprinklers on while playing. Noel, the agent, very quick to respond but it was hard to resolve issues. One shower still had hair on the floor and some hair on one bedroom's linen. Also, the hand soap was very watered down. Only one kitchen towel. But, none of this stopped us from enjoying this home, especially with a view and plenty of living space. The beach supplies were great!
