“A comfortable stay for a couple of nights. Staff on the front desk were helpful when we needed assistance. ”

“We stayed at VVF Residence Plagne 1800 Paradiski from 23.03.2023 - 27.03.2023. Our flight was delayed on arrival so we didn't get to the hotel until 11pm. We received an email with instructions that our keys would be in the safe in the hotel building. When we found our keys it said we were in a different building, we had booked ski in/ski out because we wanted ski in/ski out. There was a 'map' in the envolope however this was not a map it was just a illustration of the two buildings next to one...

“We chose this apartment as it was nearly £1000 cheaper than any other options in the Meribel/Meribel-Mottaret area so weren't expecting much but we were actually pleasantly surprised that the room was clean, you could walk directly onto the slopes and there was a free bus service & gondala that ran almost directly next to it. However the man working behind reception was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. The apartment is not easy to find so we called the number listed to get directions...

"This so called Residence does NOT PRIVIDE the basics like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower soap/gel! The lobby sofas are covered with old dirty cloths! They provide misleading information about everything! The jacuzzi costs 17 Euros per person for 45 mins!!! There is no refund on skies, boots and ski pass if you get injured, even after doing what they tell you to do, hours later they say you needed to get an insurance that they never mentioned before. They are not right in front of the bus stop, more like 7 mins going up and down a hill that with big suitcases, is tough! There are hundreds of better places all around Tignes 2100, 1500 and Val D Isere all with ski lifts and Gongola access, all much better than this crappie place! "
