Very neglected Hotel, whole house needs a better maintenance.
The Superior Room ("Macao") and bathroom need a deep cleaning, sheets and towels old and torn, no wifi available in room. We did not have bathwater the morning we were leaving and the manager only said "So sorry".

“I really don't like to give poor reviews, but when I saw baby roaches on the receptionist's desk and not even an acknowledgement by the staff, I was startled. The women working the desk were kind enough, but the place is so awful smelling and cheap-- the room had busted up tiles and ground-down rugs by the bed.
