“What a beautiful place to stay. Literally an Italian villa in the countryside. We had 12 people stay here for 8 nights. Plenty of privacy, bedrooms, bathrooms. Would absolutely stay here again. The caretakers Gabriella and her husband were perfect hosts and very helpful! He even carried our luggage in and out for us! ”

“The house was very well equipped. The kitchen has all you need and also basic ingredients are available. From the bedroom you have a beautiful view over the hillside.Silvia is an excellent host, very helpful, friendly, patient and generous.The garden and view are astonishing and relaxing. You will have the house and the garden for yourself. Outside you can hear a lot of birds and we particularly liked the golden orioles. Grazie Mille Silvia e Giovanni”

“Schönes altes Haus, mit Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen auch im Hochsommer gut auszuhalten. Die Lage ist ein Traum (allerdings ca. 15-20 Min zum nächsten Supermarkt mit dem Auto). Man kommt von dort schnell nach Bologna und in der Umgebung gibt es neben wunderbarer Natur auch schöne und gute Restaurants. Man ist dort ganz für sich und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und entspannt und hat sich sehr gut gekümmert. Toller Urlaub, klare Empfehlung! ”

“der Aufenthalt bei franco war toll! Das Haus war genauso wie auf den Bildern, wenn nicht sogar größer. Die Kommunikation war trotz Sprachbarriere gut und es wurde auf alles schnell geantwortet, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt wissen mussten. Auch während des Aufenthalts war die Kommunikation gut und es wurde uns weitergeholfen bei Frage. Das Haus, der Pool und die Lage sind toll, obwohl man sich bewusst sein muss, das man zum Einkaufen etwas weiter fahren muss. aber die ganze unterkunft hat das...
