    On the ground floor, the first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 170 cm and benefits from a private shower and WC, with direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom on this level also features 1 French bed measuring 170 cm, a dedicated shower and WC, and opens onto the balcony. A combined kitchen and living room area is also located on this floor, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and includes a dining table with direct exit to the terrace. The main living and dining room completes the ground floor layout, featuring a dining table and satellite TV.

    On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms are arranged to take full advantage of the panoramic views. The first upper-floor bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 150 cm and opens onto the balcony. Really nice villa in an excellent location with good facilities. Marisa and Martina were very helpful and accommodating. It was slightly unusual to have the kitchen as a separate building a few yards away but it worked nicely as it was a large and well equipped space and kept any cooking smells away from the main villa. The decoration of the main building was astounding - you felt you were staying in a grand roman villa! The pool and pool surround area were fantastic, although the steps down to the pool were a little bit tricky, though you could walk down via the garden a few steps away. My only other suggestion is that it lacks a good comfy sitting area inside the villa. I think the dining room could be rearranged and improved with the addition of two comfy sofas!
