Enjoy your ski holidays in Belle Plagne from the comforts of our cozy and family-friendly 35 m2 apartment! You will love the location of the apartment, with Ski-in/Ski-out access to the pistes in the winter and the ski lifts just 400m away. In the summer, hiking and biking trails are just outside your door to explore this lovely area. You are also a short drive from the beautiful Parc National de la Vanoise, which offers countless stunning vistas and hiking trails! At the end of the day, relax in our cozy space, which comfortably sleeps 4, but can accommodate up to 6!

There are 2 BEDROOMS in our apartment. The master bedroom features a Double bed, and the second bedroom may contain 2 Single beds or a Double bed. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate 2 additional guests. Bedding configurations may vary so please check with one of our friendly staff when booking to ensure the layout of the suite will suit any specific needs you may have. In the winter, we'll provide you with bed linens for FREE, and these can rented in the summer for €12/kit.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM with separate WC. If you're travelling light, bathroom linens can be rented for €8/kit.

After a day of skiing, retreat to our cozy LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa and read a good book, or enjoy your favourite shows on our cable TV for free in the summer! (Charges apply for stays in the winter). Wi-Fi is available for €8/day for those that wish to connect with friends back home in the winter (Wi-Fi access is FREE in the summer). This unit may feature a Balcony or Terrace - please request this with our team upon booking and we will be happy to try and accommodate you!

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of electric hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher and a kettle. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. Share meals and laughs at the dining table with seating.

You will love your stay at the Résidence La Licorne, where our unit is conveniently located! Make sure to head out your door and hit the pistes first thing in the morning as there is Ski-in/Ski-out access from the building. If you’re travelling by car, indoor parking is available just 70m away for €65/week. There is limited parking available, so please request this with our team upon booking to reserve a spot.

If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of €60/pet/stay (stays of 7+ nights), or €12/night (stays less than 7 nights).

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300, a small daily eco-tax per person, and a small daily tourist tax of €0.50 to €3 charged per person. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning will be provided for an additional fee of €62.

Belle Plagne is a pedestrian resort boasting a fantastic location for guests who love the mountains! Be sure to visit the Parc National de la Vanoise during your stay. The Paradiski area features 425km of pistes, and you'll enjoy easy access to this ski area when you stay here. In the summertime, get your adrenaline pumping by trying out the giant zip line between Plagne Centre and Aime 2000. If you don't feel like cooking, our favourite place to eat is La Cantine Plagne, only a 10 minute drive away!
