La Plain'aise is an apartment located on the upper floor of a small condominium (owners live nearby), with a completely independent entrance, in the heart of the village of La Plaine sur Mer, a coastal village near Pornic, with its small shops, restaurants, and picnic/play area 50 meters away. It is 1.5 km from the beach. Coves, beaches, shellfish gathering, hiking... the Jade Coast, its salt marshes, stilted fishing huts, and wild landscapes await you!

A 16 m² terrace (south/east facing) with garden furniture, a lounge area, and sun loungers.

A ground-floor room with a shower for rinsing off after the beach, a rinsing sink, a washing machine, and pétanque balls.

The apartment comprises a bright living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190 cm, the other with two single beds 90x190 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.

Included amenities: two standing fans, a Dolce Gusto espresso machine, an air fryer, a raclette grill, an electric crepe maker, a waffle/sandwich maker, a cot/high chair/playpen/baby bath and stroller, an electric barbecue/grill, a DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).

Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen (beds made upon arrival), and towels.

Not included: end-of-stay cleaning (€65) and tourist tax.
