Other than a boat orientation for those wanting to take advantage of the included pontoon in summer months, we follow our guests lead!

House Rules
No more than 24 guests allowed on property and all guests must be registered with our provided form
No events without prior approval
Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM
Maximum occupancy must be followed at all times
No smoking or vaping inside the home, on boat or in hot tub
No illegal drugs or underage drinking
No pets
Please respect neighbors, lake residents, and property boundaries
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
No glitter, confetti, tape on walls or party decorations that create excessive cleanup
Do not move indoor furniture outdoors
Use play equipment and all provided leisure amenities at own risk
Use caution near the water, dock, and hot tub at all times
Children must be supervised near the lake and all outdoor amenities
Only approved/designated guests may operate the pontoon boat after orientation and signed waiver
No tubing or towing behind the pontoon
Please close and secure the hot tub cover after each use

Deck & Balcony Safety
Maximum of 10 guests on upper deck/balcony at one time
No jumping, climbing, or sitting on railings
No glass near hot tub or deck edges
Outdoor music must remain at respectful levels, especially after 10 PM
