“This was a super convenient place for an event at the Marseille Chanot. The apartment itself was a little small, but perfect for when you're spending most of your time outside. The main street outside/small alley it was in was a little dirty, but since that's more of just a city thing, I have no complaints.”

“Florence was a great host! I felt especially safe as a solo traveler at this gated property. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and attractive. I would recommend travelers to have a vehicle, as it is a bit of a walk to stores or restaurants. There is a bus stop about ten minutes (walking) away but I didn’t have a great experience trying to learn and utilize the bus system. “This little and well laid out ground floor apartment was perfect for our time in Aix. Super convenient to old town, culture, restaurants and shopping. We appreciated the owner accommodating us for an extra day and the lovely terrace to enjoy, as well as a place to store our bicycles.”

I would only say that people over 60 should consider there are 19 steps to Access apartment from street level, and no railing on steps to loft bedroom.
