The stylish kitchen features granite countertops and modern appliances, complemented by a sleek wet bar with sink, mini fridge, bar seating, and three additional wine fridges — ideal for enjoying a quiet evening at home. The main house offers three beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath, plus a detached casita with a private ensuite for added privacy. A comfortable sectional anchors the living room, and a billiards table that converts to ping pong adds a playful touch for gathering and entertaining.

The backyard is where the magic truly happens. Overlooking the 13th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Private Course, the home enjoys breathtaking fairway views from its vibrant pool and spa. A covered patio with conversation seating, fire pit, and natural gas grill creates the perfect setting for sunset dinners and evenings under the desert sky, all framed by the lush greens of PGA West.

Please note: Casa Caliza is available for stays of 30 nights or longer only, making it ideal for extended work-from-home stays, relaxing staycations, or long-term desert retreats.

●Salt-water pool and spa: Smart automation system with easy spa control. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously as is normal with most pool/spa systems. The heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to request pool heating, we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use.

***Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances.

We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.***

--- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES ---

1. As per City of La Quinta Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor noise amplification or music is PROHIBITED at all times of the day. The outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9 PM - 8 AM Sunday-Thursday and 10 PM- 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

2. Pool and Spa: Tenant will have full control over pool and spa features, including heating. Be mindful of pool and spa heating usage and make sure to turn off heating when not in use, as pool heating is expensive in Winter months.

3. $500 utility allowance provided per month for gas, electricity, and water usage. Any balance owed past the $500 will be deducted from the security deposit. $2000 security deposit required per month

4. Early check-in at 1 PM ($200) and late check-out at 2 PM ($200) are available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back-to-back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

5. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

6. No more than 4 vehicles are allowed on the property.

7. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($200/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.

8. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750.

9. Any missing or damaged linen, towels, or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.
