  • Looking for the perfect desert retreat? Correcaminos is a haven in the desert, equipped with everything you need for a memorable vacation. Located on the Stadium Course in PGA West, “The Western Home of Golf,” this home is located in the Signature Development, a community built for vacation rentals. Walk to Ernie’s Bar and Grill in the Tournament Clubhouse for breathtaking golf course and mountain views, while enjoying a meal or a drink at the bar.

    Whether your plans include family time, a golf weekend, celebrating a special event or an extended stay in the desert, this home provides everything you’ll need.

    BEDROOM/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

    This home has three bedrooms, one of which is a detached casita. The master bedroom has a King bed, 51” “Smart” TV, and a desk with chair.

    The second bedroom has a daybed with a twin trundle bed.

    The casita has a king bed and a desk. This provides a quiet place to work and participate in Zoom calls for those who need it. There is a 24” Smart TV in the casita.

    All bedrooms have a ceiling fan.

    A Queen size blow up bed is available, as is a porta crib, for those who need it.

    Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The master has a large shower, the second bedroom and casita have a tub/shower combination. There is an additional half bath located near the living space. A hairdryer is available in the master bath. Bath towels are provided to accommodate the maximum occupancy of the house. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body soap

    KITCHEN/LIVING AREA:

    The large, open concept living space is perfect for entertaining and relaxation. Gather all of your family and friends around the huge kitchen island. Love to cook? This kitchen has all the equipment you need to cook, bake and barbecue. The beautiful kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a 6 burner gas range, large oven and microwave. Love to bake? Everything you need is included in the kitchen including a Kitchen Aide stand mixer. Equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home, the kitchen includes: Basic dining, cooking and serving essentials, toaster, a drip coffee maker and a Keurig (including coffee pods), an electric kettle (selection of tea bags included), a blender, small food processor, and large crock pot. Dishes and glassware for indoor and outdoor dining are provided. A propane barbecue and utensils are ready for pool side cooking. Barware and glasses will help you prepare for your celebration! We also provide a spice rack and salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or. other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap etc. ).

    The living space includes a gorgeous dining table that seats 8. Four barstools are positioned at the large island. A comfortable couch with recliners seats 6-8 comfortably. Two additional chairs are provided. The 85” TV is perfect for viewing sports and movies throughout the living space. A shuffleboard game will provide some friendly competition for all! This home is truly a desert oasis!

    A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room, along with an iron and ironing board.

    THE GARAGE:

    The garage provides additional air-conditioned space for play, with an arcade basketball game and ping pong table. A refrigerator/freezer gives you more space for drinks and snacks.

    THE OUTDOOR SPACE:

    The beautiful outdoor space with mountain views encourages relaxation and play. The private pool and hot tub are accessible from the living space and two king bedrooms. The Baja shelf is perfect for lounging or for small children to play on. Floatation devices are provided for the pool. The hot tub will help you soak away all those golf pains (well, maybe not that missed putt). Games including Giant Jenga, Corn Hole and the putting green will keep everyone entertained. Open the wall of sliding glass panels to enjoy the California lifestyle. Eat under the covered patio at the outdoor table, while the ceiling fan and misters keep you cool. Keep track of your favorite sports teams on the 85” outdoor TV. Watch while you swim, play or eat!

    A specific quantity of pool towels is provided to accommodate the maximum occupancy of the house. Six lounge chairs, along with additional seating options, are provides. Two large umbrellas provide shade when needed.

    SUPPLIES:

    Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods and dryer sheets, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper.

    INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:

    Free Cable TV and high speed WiFi are provided with your rental.

    SIGNATURE COMMUNITY AMENITIES:

    Your stay at Correcaminos includes all the amenities of the Signature Community. A large community pool gives you a chance to enjoy the community. There are barbecues, a Bocce Ball court and shuffleboard. Access to the fitness center is also included with your stay. A key fob will be provided so you can easily access these additional features.

    OTHER ITEMS:
    The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board & iron.

    LOCATION:
    4 miles to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

    ESTIMATED DISTANCES FROM THE VACATION HOME
    - Empire Polo Fields: LESS THEN 4 MILES! 10 minute bike ride!
    - Old Town La Quinta: 5-7 minutes
    - Indian Wells Tennis Garden: 10-15 minutes
    - Palm Desert/El Paseo: 15-20 minutes
    - Downtown Palm Springs/Airport: 30-40 minutes
    - LA/OC/SD: Roughly 2 hours without traffic

    GUEST ACCESS:

    Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

    - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -

    WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
    Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

    WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
    Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

    DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
    Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

    CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
    YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.

    WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
    All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and food processor. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes coffee pods and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

    CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
    We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

    DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
    No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!

    DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
    No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
    We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

    Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

    PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

    VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

    VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

    NOISE ORDINANCE:
    Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

What a lovely home! Perfect for a group gathering with the fully open sliding doors creating an indoor/outdoor space. We took advantage of the relaxing hot tub on cool nights.The host was very responsive when we had questions. No issues whatsoever. Would definitely stay there again.
