  • Nuestra propiedad de arriba, completamente amueblada, lujosa, de 1 habitación y 1 baño está oculta del mundo en la mejor parte del complejo y ofrece privacidad a los huéspedes que buscan paz y tranquilidad.

    Esta propiedad tiene una ubicación central inmejorable, a poca distancia (solo unos minutos) de tiendas, restaurantes, caminatas y exhibiciones Vistas a las montañas y al campo de golf.

    Cocina de granito totalmente equipada que incluye todos los electrodomésticos, utensilios, platos, etc.
    Lavadora / secadora dentro de la unidad para su uso personal.

    Cómoda cama King, escritorio de trabajo, televisor de pantalla plana de alta definición de 42 pulgadas y amplio vestidor en el dormitorio.
    El baño grande y espacioso tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha y un tocador completo.

    La sala de estar tiene una chimenea de gas y un sofá cama Queen para sus hijos o invitados.

    WiFi de alta velocidad gratis, TV de pantalla plana de alta definición de 50 "en la sala de estar y TV de pantalla plana de 42" de alta definición en la habitación, cable extendido (sin teléfono fijo).

    Su unidad se abre a un balcón / patio delantero con asientos al aire libre para que pueda disfrutar de hermosas vistas a la montaña y los colores de la puesta de sol.

    Una de las 4 piscinas y jacuzzis comunitarios se encuentra directamente detrás del condominio.
    Amplio estacionamiento fuera de la calle se encuentra directamente debajo del condominio, que es muy conveniente.

    No estamos afiliados al Hotel. No hay servicio a la habitación o servicio de limpieza (pero disponible a un costo adicional). Todas las políticas están sujetas a cambios.

    Un gimnasio comunitario más nuevo a 3 cuadras de distancia en el Centro de Bienestar está disponible con pase de un día y tiene mucho más equipo que el hotel. Ofrece una variedad de clases como yoga, colchoneta Pilates, tai chi, entrenamiento de intervalos y una serie de otras clases que no son de acondicionamiento físico.

    La biblioteca y el museo a poca distancia también ofrecen una variedad de programas.

    Las canchas de tenis comunitarias y el parque para perros también están muy cerca de la unidad.

Enjoyed pool, shops and restaurants nearby. Bathtub curtain dirty, mattress pads very old and stained. Soiled carpet in living room, windows dirty. Otherwise, kitchen and living area nicely done and comfortable.

Great Location

Location and property were perfect for our needs. We also had to add a night at the last minute and property manager responded quickly and was very accommodating.

Golf retreat

The property in La Quinta so close to old town all walking distance, world class golf minutes away, the hostess has been extremely delightful to work with, responds quickly and pleasant, we were allowed early entry from her, highly rated from a veteran renter in the valley for years, we look forward to working with her again thx

Convenient location, nice decor

Stayed 4 nights here. Short walk to local restaurants. Quiet location and well kept unit with nice decor. Comfy bed. Well stocked kitchen.

Perfect condo.

We come to the desert to hike. We were happy to find trailheads a short distance from this property with a good election of trails (Cove Oasis Trailhead). Even better, the condo is well provisioned, is comfortable and has good views -- we even saw a road runner from our bedroom one morning. We will certainly be back. Inna was a great host.

Everything was exactly as advertised — clean, convenient, comfortable. We didn’t actually use the pool but it wouldn’t let me leave a review without commenting on it; however it looked nice. Just as a note: Check-in instructions and rental agreement come from the owner herself and not through VRBO, so they might land in your spam filter — check that! This happened to me so we were late with the agreement, but she was super gracious and understanding and flexible about it all. We would gladly stay again!

Beautiful and comfortable

We enjoyed this stylish condo, nicely stocked and very clean. Communication with the owners was great. We loved the view from the bedroom and living room, so peaceful. Great location right in the downtown La Quinta, just 5 min walk to Old Town for coffee and dinner, plenty restaurants there. We also walked to pickleball courts close by and enjoyed our hike. All walking distance from the condo which was such a bonus. Overall great central location and a nice experience.

Perfect Quiet Comfortable Conveniently Located

Very nice quiet community in the back close to parking with a nice golf course, mountain view. Very clean and well appointed. Inna was a great communicator and very professional. As a VRBO host in San Francisco since 2006, I was very impressed. Don't pass this one up!!

Great location/Great view

Needs some updating (peeling wallpaper in bathroom). Silverware was minimal in quality and number. I enjoyed the colorful prints on the walls. The view and the proximity to Old Town La Quinta were wonderful!

2 night stay for family gathering and tennis at BNP Paribas

The condo was great in terms of location, though it is a bit dated in the interior. Minor issue: The coffee pot carafe has a leak and needs to be replaced.Inna was very helpful and responsive!

The Stairs

Unit was on the second floor with a flight of twenty-four stairs! Try that with two big suitcases and a week of groceries!!

Picture doesn't do this justice!

Our unit was the best we've been in. It's not the biggest, but so well laid out, that all the spaces are actually very large. It fit us beautifully. Upgraded appliances in a kitchen that has everything you need. (The only thing is that the complex does not allow BBQs.) Beautiful decor, high ceilings and a patio to watch the golfers and enjoy the scenery. 2 huge TV's, king size bed, fold-out couch in living room, really nice bathroom, laundry & safe. We made nightly visits to the hot tub, they have 3 or 4 and they are clean and very nice. The entire complex is large, clean and quiet. Loads of parking, and just steps away. Just minutes to Old town La Quinta and easy access to everything in Coachella Valley. We recommend this with 4.5 stars. The owner was very friendly and easy to deal with. We will be booking again! Wonderful Place & Host

We traveled a lot and Inna (owner) has to be the nicest person. She has great communication and always available when we needed her. We forgot a bunch of stuff at the place after we checked out and she was nice enough to shipped it back to her. Her place was in a perfect location. The place is walkable distance to downtown La Quinta. We walked to brunch and lunch every day. We highly recommend Inna and her place!

Golf getaway

The area was so quiet and the unit was very conveniently located. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer...and the large walk-in closet - terrific! The king bed was comfortable and the kitchen, well stocked. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace on several chilly evenings, and then on warmer days, the pool and hot tub were great and so close by.

This property faces out back where there is a public golf course. It was quiet and also close to Old Town La Quinta. It would be nice to have a non stick frying pan in unit so eggs would not stick.

A quaint desert retreat

My family loves to get to the desert and relax for long weekends. Requirements include a pool, a hot tub, a washer and dryer, some privacy and tons of good reviews. Inna's unit is perfect. Comfy bed, stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, and tons of premium cable channels and high speed internet. We used the pool early each morning and had it all to ourselves, even over holiday weekend. We really enjoyed the town of La Quinta. Had several long morning and evening walks and enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Enzo's, one of many options within 5 min walking distance. A lovely respite, thank you!
