The resort is great - salt water pools staff around the villas.The place itself deserves 0*.We travel all the time and have NEVER left a negative review. Not once. This is the very first one.We believe in resolving issues with the hosts - in case anything goes wrong.This host never even acknowledged our message letting her know this was the worst experience we've ever had. Disgustingly dirty: - every single item in the kitchen including the dishes/ appliances- thick layers of dust on ceiling fans and behind nightstands - with an old sock that looked like it was left there probably a decade agoMalfunctioning appliances - my wife got a scar on her wrist - she was taking a baking sheet out of the oven as its handle broke off and was left hanging on one side only- dishwasher gets hot but doesn’t clean anything - washer ruined several clothing items even on Delicate cycleWalls thin as paper- this condo is connected to 2 other units, only separated by a door on each side- we could hear the whole conversations/ TV/ music as if these other guests were in the room with usThe Worst WiFi connection ever- kept losing connection impossible to work; had to go to main building- door lock only working half the time since connected to the weak WiFi- it’s connected to the thermostat - woke up one morning and we couldn’t change it; were freezing for hours trying to get a hold of the hostMany many more issues - these are just the most important ones.
