  • Welcome to PGA Signature inside PGA WEST a community built for vacation rentals! We`re located on the private side of the community with gorgeous mountain views and resort amenities!. Our home is a 2 minute walk to Ernies Bar and Grill and the Stadium course clubhouse (We share a golf cart gate with the Stadium Course!) and less then 4 miles from the Coachella Music Festival Fairgrounds. No expense was spared, luxury throughout!

    INLCUDES Sleep Number adjustable beds, 2 E Bikes, surround sound throughout, Saltwater Pool AND Hot Tub, Firepit/GAS BBQ & those epic mountain views!

    NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!

    BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

    The primary Suite has a King size SLEEP NUMBER bed!:), 55` TV an over sized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, separate walk in shower. Direct access to the pool.

    Bedroom 2: King SLEEP NUMBER adjustable bed and a 50` TV.

    Bedroom 3: 2 Full Beds and a 50`TV.

    Queen air mattress available on request for additional sleeping in the bedrooms.

    KITCHEN:
    Gather all of your family and friends around this gourmet eat-in kitchen, fully stocked, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a 6 burner gas range, double ovens, and more…

    LIVING:
    Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have a very comfortable sofa, plenty of seating a large 75`` Smart TV perfect for watching a big game and surround sound throughout the house or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.

    OUTSIDE:
    The living room opens up to your own private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group, did I mention stackable doors?? The beautifully landscaped backyard features an outdoor dining table, couch seating area, fire pit w/seating, built in gas BBQ and more.

    GARAGE- EV CHARGER, soft water system throughout the home!

    INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
    All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.

    KITCHEN:
    Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, blender, rice maker, Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

    HOUSE SUPPLIES:
    Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

    OTHER ITEMS:
    The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron & steamer.

    COMMUNITY ACCESS:
    You will have access to the community pool as well. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball, putting green shuffleboard, outside TV and more.

    LOCATION:
    4 miles to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

    ESTIMATED DISTANCES FROM THE VACATION HOME
    - Empire Polo Fields: LESS THEN 4 MILES! 10 minute bike ride and under a 15 minute walk!!
    - Old Town La Quinta: 5-7 minutes
    - Indian Wells Tennis Garden: 10-15 minutes
    - Palm Desert/El Paseo: 15-20 minutes
    - Downtown Palm Springs/Airport: 30-40 minutes
    - LA/OC/SD: Roughly 2 hours without traffic

    GUEST ACCESS-
    Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

    - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
    WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
    Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

    WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
    Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

    DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
    Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

    CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
    YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.

    WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
    All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and food processor. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
    There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

    CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
    We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

    DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
    No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!

    DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
    No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
    We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

    Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

    PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

    VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

    VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

    NOISE ORDINANCE:
    Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

    Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

    PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

    POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

    You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

    Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities.

The house is amazing, we have stayed at many places in Pam Springs, Palm Desery and La Quinta, this has been our favorite!! The open wall to the pool was a favorite of ours, views of mountains, great beds. The room with 2 beds they need to be changed, we had know one station that room so house still worked for us. Michael and staff were great, responded quickly to us not understanding how to use the apps on our phones, finally last few days we got it. We will definitely be staying again in this home, great ares. Thank you

Lovely, well cared for home for our party of two couples. Recommend paying to heat the pool! Great Mountain View’s, comfy beds, fabulous kitchen, fireplace for cool mornings. Michael, the host, was responsive to needed details, such as immediately supplying a bath mat for second bath tub.Note, the second and third bedrooms are smaller than master and share a full bathroom.Great stay, thank you!
