  • Located in the Legends residential division of PGA West, this luxurious getaway offers a little something for everyone to enjoy! This property has a separate casita with a separate entrance to maximize your space. Outside you'll find the recently updated back yard featuring a sparkling saltwater pool, pool spa, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and a covered and furnished patio for socializing and alfresco dining. Beautiful double fairway views of the private Weiskopf golf course are available from the dining area, living room, primary bedroom and the resort like backyard With newly updated outdoor lighting and turf yard, this area is perfect for day or night relaxation. Pamper yourself with a deluxe spa treatment at the La Quinta Resort, or if you prefer shopping, then take a short drive on Highway 111 to Palm Desert, where you'll find sophisticated shopping options throughout the famous El Paseo shopping district. And for a memorable day trip, head east to explore Joshua Tree National Park, just 34 miles from your door.

    The well-equipped, full kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, all your knives and cookware, and a breakfast bar perfect for all your cooking needs. Gather at the dining table for formal meals or to play a few of the provided board games in the evenings. The living room offers a large sofa, a wet bar, and a cable and Roku-equipped TV, making it the ideal place for movie nights.

    Things to Know
    The stacked oven's broiler setting is not currently working, but all other settings works great!
    Owner does not have a mailbox, correspondence cannot be received at the home.
    Outdoor music is prohibited. Music played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
    2 parking spaces are available in the garage for 2 mid size vehicle and parking for 2 more vehicles in the driveway.

Very clean and pet friendly!

NYE visit

Comfortable, clean and well maintained. Nice beds and comfy furniture. Great games for kids and very nice pool. Beautiful neighborhood. Great for small family.

Great home away from home

Loved the property! I’ve been vacationing in PGA West the past 13 years, typically a different home each time. This property was spot on. I will certainly recommend this home to family and friends for future stays.

The house is immaculate. The pool and spa are fantastic--definitely worth the heating fee. We couldn't be more pleased with our visit and would stay there again in a minute!

Relaxing, spacious, quiet, clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. Kitchen equipped with everything you need to do more than just basic cooking. Backyard area and pool perfect for relaxing or dining outside on the patio.

Amazing stay!

This is an absolutely fantastic property! The course and view are beautiful, the house is incredibly well-appointed- beds are comfy, kitchen is well-stocked and there are pool toys and games for everyone. Definitely will be coming back here- this is a no regrets booking!!

Diamonds are forever

Had a fantastic stay at Black Diamond. House was fully equipped for our family of four. Nothing missing with a well-equipped kitchen to keep ourselves sufficiently fed at home, and super comfy beds to keep us happily snoozing at night. The pools were great and (for a fee) kept at a nice temperature for some cooler March nights. Thanks - we appreciated the hospitality.

This property is well cared for. It is clean, well appropriated, and in a great location. My husband, adult children and I had a very comfortable stay in this home. The property is also very well managed. During our stay, we were able to call the property management company with any issues that arose. We appreciated that convenience. We would stay here again.

Exactly as advertised

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It is exactly as appears in the pictures. Very comfy all around. Well stocked kitchen. We had a problem with spa jets on the first night and they worked to get them right up and running by the next day. Very attentive staff. Very relaxing stay. Thank you!

It is a very nice home in a good location on the Norman course.

If I could give it SIX stars or MORE...

This property was clean, warm, and inviting! After a horrific trip last year at a different location under different management, it was so nice to have a home that was perfect for our needs, physically and mentally! I have already recommended this property to friends, and am looking to book it again next year. Vacasa is the management company, and I would give them the highest rating as well! One of the best experiences we've had in that area, hands down!

Stunning Home

Everything about this home was awesome. There was nothing we could of needed that wasn’t there. It was a 5 day girls getaway and we had a wonderful time. The pool was perfect, a quiet neighborhood with the exception of the resident woodpecker. I will definitely stay here again. All these 5 star ratings are going to draw attention to this property, making it more popular and this will no longer be the hidden treasure on the PGA West.

Family vacation

Great house. Kitchen is very well stocked with all the dishes and glasses. Beds and couch extremely comfortable. There is no down falls to the comfort of this home. Only one item is there were a lot of flies that we couldn’t seem to figure out where they were coming from. They would even land on our dog. Thanks for allowing us to stay here and make memories. Definitely a place we would return to

La Quinta Beauty

It is a beautiful, well appointed, 3BR with a glorious pool right on the golf course. The kitchen had everything (the oven broiler didn’t not work), the furniture and furnishing all comfortable and lovely. I felt right at home. Thank you! The 40 minute drive to show my ID and credit card is antiquated and ridiculous.

Dream Vacation Home

Staying at this beautiful home was truly a blast. The home is very well maintained, very spacious, spotless, and extremely well equipped. Many of the kitchenware we thought we had to bring or buy at a nearby store were already there ready to use. The furnishing of the home is very professional and elegant, you really feel like you're on a relaxing vacation. The extra separated room with a full shower/bathroom/closet was a nice touch. Lastly, the pool was nice but the view of the pool and the golf range out the full glass window was amazing, you can't help but to look out into the beautiful greens and the slightly swaying palm trees every so often. Definitely will stay again.

Challenging process to check into nice property

Having to stop in to property management office 20 miles away, lack of clarity on which gated entrance to use, wrong key code for property entry made the check in process very burdensome. Also, the $50 fee per day to use spa and $50 fee to turn on spa seems a bit “nickel and dime” for this type of property. House was very nice and what we hoped for, aside from check in process.
