The studio is located in the Minimes neighborhood, ideally situated to explore La Rochelle on foot: the train station, Old Port, Aquarium, Minimes beach, restaurants, and cafés are all within 5 to 20 minutes walking distance. A bus line is also available at the foot of the residence.
