“The apartment is beautifully decorated with antiques and vintage furnishings. We especially enjoyed the terrace where we could relax with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. It was away from the city center which we appreciated and found an outstanding local restaurant that we returned to twice. There is now an elevator which is great for being on the 4th floor. Unfortunately the tram was not operating while we were there due to construction on the rails but we fared ok with taxis....

“Great place to stay in Rome! Very next to Colosseo and the Forum and other attractions within walking distance. Spaces, well stocked, and it was great meeting Patrizia during the check-in talk who provided useful info re attractions that only locals knew. The only thing we wished we'd have was the jacuzzi (under repair during our stay). Highly recommended to stay there if you want to have the best view right on your deck and walking distance! ”

Walked everywhere day and night. We did struggle with the washer/dryer combo machine but the owner/manager was always willing to help.”

“I missed doing more research on the area of this VRBO. It is on the busiest, Main Street in Rome and the balcony is right above it. Lots of noses, sirens, smells …. If you want that type of lodging - this is the spot for you.Communication with the staff before & during was great. They arranged drivers for us to & from train station & airport. Felt safe ….. just way too much commotion for us.Grazie”

“We had an incredible stay at this apartment with 4 adults and 5 kids—it was perfect for our group! We felt very safe throughout our stay, and the location was ideal.
