A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this floor, along with a shower room and a separate WC. On the upper floor, the property offers 4 bedrooms in total. The first bedroom contains 2 beds of 90 cm each, the second bedroom also contains 2 beds of 90 cm each, the third bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed of 140 cm, and the fourth is a large room with a low door height of 180 cm, featuring a dressing room, 1 French bed of 160 cm, a separate WC, and a bath and shower.
