Philippe’s House 150m from the Beach

Charming semi-detached house ideally located in La Tranche-sur-Mer, just 150 m from the beach and 500 m from the town center and shops. With 45 m² over two floors, it comfortably accommodates 4 guests in two bedrooms and offers all you need for a relaxing holiday.



Enjoy the outdoors with a terrace, outdoor furniture, sun lounger, parasol, and grill/plancha. There’s a garage for bikes and on-site parking.



The house is carefully prepared—please respect the property.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee. Even if you choose the cleaning option, please leave the house tidy: wash, dry, and put away dishes, clean the cooktop, and take out all trash and waste.



Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. You’ll be welcomed at the agency for keys and instructions. On the morning of arrival, please message your approximate arrival time via the booking site.



Please do not subscribe to internet services such as video-on-demand; if not respected, extra fees may apply.



Parties are strictly forbidden. Pets are allowed under certain conditions—contact us via the booking site.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be sorted in the town’s recycling containers.
