Geraniums Apartment



Located in the heart of the forest in a modern residence, this cozy and well-equipped apartment offers access to a heated outdoor pool open in July and August. The living space features a BZ sofa, an open kitchen, a cabin bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a mezzanine with an 80 cm bed and a pull-out bed, a bathroom with toilet, and a lovely terrace with table, chairs, plancha, and loungers. Private parking is available in the residence. Set at the start of bike trails, the apartment accommodates up to 4 guests.



The beach is 1,500 m away, shops are 2,000 m away, and a bakery is just 700 m from the residence. A small market takes place on Sunday mornings in summer in the village of La Terrière, 700 m away.



The property is carefully prepared, and we kindly ask you to respect the space.



Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided as an option for an additional fee. Even if you select the cleaning option, please follow a few rules: leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes (the dishwasher must be empty), clean the cooktop and plancha, and take out all garbage and waste.



Parties are strictly prohibited.



Only household waste should be put in the bins and taken out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be disposed of in the municipality’s recycling containers.
