Family home located in a quiet neighborhood, just 800 m from the beach and shops. Enjoy a private garden with barbecue and outdoor furniture, as well as a dedicated parking space.



On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living area with a lounge (TV/WIFI), dining space, and a fully equipped open kitchen (filter coffee maker and Nespresso). There is a separate toilet and a spacious bedroom (140 cm bed, 220x240 duvet) with French doors opening onto the garden, plus an en-suite bathroom with shower and another separate toilet.



Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a 160 cm bed (240x260 duvet), a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed (220x240 duvet), a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet.



The entire house is at your disposal.



Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented for an extra fee depending on the number of guests. Duvets and pillows are available.



A cleaning fee is mandatory to ensure the house is spotless before each guest’s arrival. This fee is not included in the reservation and must be paid for an extra fee. Please make sure not to leave the house in disarray before your departure (kitchen and dishes tidy, beds unmade, trash taken out, etc.).
