The property was better in person! We absolutely loved the shuffle board, bumper pool. flat iron grill and relaxing outside. The kitchen had everything you need and the place was immaculate. We wished we would have had time to take the food carts for a spin. Highly recommend this place.

Great stay. Great home. Did run out of both toilet paper and paper towels few days into our stay but easy fix with store in the neighborhood - I'm sure host would have taken care of it if notified. Fun having the games/entertainment at the house in the evenings. Easy access to Zion and Springdale. Would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone.

Wonderful First VRBO Experience!Our stay was incredible! The house was spotless, super organized, and had so many fun details. Shelia and Vinny were the sweetest hosts, they were so welcoming and easy to communicate with. You can tell they’ve truly thought of everything and care for everyone who stays at their place to have the best experience. It was the perfect home base for exploring Zion and nearby sights. When we weren’t out, our whole family had a blast with all the games they provided. Our kids didn’t even think about their phones. This was my first time using VRBO and I couldn’t have had a better experience. We’d love to stay here again. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer.

Great for families

This house was a great spot for our family! After spending the day at Zion, we enjoyed coming back to the house to relax. This house had plenty of games to keep our teens entertained. The house had everything we needed and beds were comfy.

Beautiful home with everything you may need. Hosts were great, very responsive and kind. Good location, 20’ away from several parks, restaurants, supermarkets etc.I highly recommend it

Excellent property loaded with amenities!

This property has everything that you could possibly need or want. Lots of entertainment options for everone. The host is so organized with labeling, clear directions, an excellent binder of information, & responsive to any questions. We had a small internet glitch & she responded immediately. We loved our stay for our Zion adventure. Wish we had one more night to enjoy the home longer!

Perfect place for family trip to Zion

My family of 4 (2 adults, 9 and 7 year old boys) stayed here during our trip to Zion. The place was perfect for the 4 of us. The boys especially loved the games, golf cart, and scooter. Very roomy home. No detail was missed with labels in the kitchen and all the necessities in place. The instructions and recommendations in the welcome book were all very complete. Best of all, it was just an easy 30 minute drive to Zion each day.

Amazing stay for honeymoon

We loved staying at Shelia and Vinny’s rental. It’s got a great location close to Zion. The home is well stocked with essentials and was extremely clean. Hosts have thought of everything, down to local food recommendations. (The bed was also comfortable—that’s always a plus!) We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Fun for all ages!

A fantastic stay with excellent amenities! While in town for a son's soccer tournament, there wasn’t much time to explore, but the downtime at this house was enjoyable. The air hockey table and golf cart were big hits, adding to the fun. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and thoughtfully prepared with detailed guides on using and maintaining the games and carts. Vinnie & Sheila were not only responsive but also provided great suggestions, making the stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Stay!

We had the best time staying at this rental. Everything we needed was provided, the home was clean with lots of space. It was about 20-30 mins to each visitor center at Zion. Our kids loved the board games, game room, and magnetic scrabble. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

Amazing stay just outside Zion!

Amazing property perfect for family stay just outside Zion National Park! Location was very nice and clean. Plenty of activities/games inside the house and a large backyard great to hangout in the evenings. Also comes with complimentary golfcart and scooter to ride around town and grab groceries or do other activities. Check-in/out was easy. Host was super responsive and kind. Thanks for the great stay.

Phenomenal Fun and Convenient Stay

This VRBO was absolutely perfect! The games and toys were one of the highlights of our trip and really made exploring the neighborhood after long days hiking so much more enjoyable and fun! The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided wonderful recommendations. We hiked for three days in Zion, and it was a perfect drive from this site to the park entrance! This was also the perfect spot to stay in after two folks in our group got engaged in Zion!!!! Could not have had a more pleasant stay.

This house truly has everythinnnggggg!!!

Wow wow and WOW! This house was perfect for our trip to Zion. Conveniently located, close to highway, close to grocery, in a quiet safe neighborhood. Beautifully decorated and welcoming home. The hosts really put a lot of care and thought into all the things they provided: from full kitchen amenities, soaps, pantry items, laundry, and bedding, to the games, maps, books, and wowzers did I mention the golf cart and scooter??!!! Spacious rooms - the pictures are great but don’t truly capture how much room there really is! Patios are perfect for outdoor sitting. Comfortable beds. Plenty of seating in kitchen and dining areas. There was even granola bars in the fridge! Truly a home away from home experience! Highly highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home

Loved this property. Beautiful and clean home very close to Zion National Park. Just make sure you don't visit on Memorial Day weekend. Bryce Canyon is a little further drive, but is definitely worth it. Too crazy. House was well stocked and owner contacted us to let us know that we could get in early. Enjoyed all the fun games-air hockey and retro arcade game. My husband and son loved the scooter and golf cart. Absolutely loved layout of house. We were on one end of the house and our son was on the other. Would definitely recommend this place. Enjoyed food and views at a local coffee place recommended by owner. Great place!!!!

True 5 star stay

We couldn't ask for a better place to stay while exploring the areas nearby. There was plenty of space for my family of 5 and the games and scooter kept us occupied when at the house. A huge positive is this was by far the cleanest house we've stayed in. The owner was very welcoming and accomodating and the house has everything there you need for a long trip. We prepped and ate most of our meals at the house and had all the pots and pans etc that we needed. I would come back here for sure the next time we're in the area. Highly recommend.
