Perfect location!

Beautiful place and amazing view!
There was a grocery store nearby and the drive to Zion was only about 20 minutes and we had amazing views throughout the whole drive so it was a pleasure. Our facility was very roomy and comfortable. The best part was the view and the fireplace we had laundry detergent and some coffee to get us going, thank you Tyler! Hope to be back !

Beautiful, clean, well-stocked home
This beautiful home was a perfect home-base for us as we explored southern Utah’s National and State Parks. It was so relaxing to come back after a full day of hiking and sight-seeing to a comfortable, clean home. The firepit outside with its beautiful views was used nightly to watch the sunset, recap our day and plan the next. The patio was also a wonderful place to read a book and listen to the birds in the early morning hours for our early-risers. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and I have to say this was absolutely one of the nicest. It was so clean and well-kept, was well-stocked with supplies, had very comfortable beds with ceiling fans that didn't make noise (yay!!!), and even included ice chests and ice packs for our use. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to Zions as well as the other area parks. While staying here you’ll have to go to nearby River Rock Roasting Company – they have wonderful coffees and smoothies, breakfast items, pizza and salads – a nice, convenient bonus! Our host, Tyler, was so attentive, checking on us to make certain we got in okay and whether there was anything we needed during our stay which was another bonus to this property! We highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to experience beautiful southern Utah.

Beautiful home
We greatly enjoyed our stay! House was clean and plenty of room. We enjoyed the patio area and sitting outside to relax. It was nice to have the laundry and a few snacks were a pleasant surprise. Kitchen was well furnished. It was only about 30 min drive to Zion.

Wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood within a few short miles of Zion National Park.

Great views and beautiful home!
This house was perfect for our family of five. It was comfortable, spacious, clean, convenient, and had the most amazing views! We love the outdoor setting in the backyard. And it was an easy drive to Zion. We would highly recommend it. The host was also very responsive!

Great Stay for our days at Zion!
We had a great stay at this property! House was great for our family of 5 (kids ages 5, 8, and 10). About 20-30 minutes from Zion and was an easy and beautiful commute. The view from the backyard was stunning. We enjoyed after dinner drinks and the fire pit on a warm April evening. Tyler was a great host!

Perfect Zion Stay
This home worked great for our first trip to Zion. Less than 30 min to the National Park and everything you need is just a few minutes away. The home was clean, and had everything we needed. It was in a nice area and the backyard view was an amazing way to wake up each morning. (The coffee shop they recommended down the road has amazing cinnamon rolls, muffins and scones😁)

Best Thanksgiving Ever!!
We had the best time. Tylers property had everything we needed and more!!! My sons enjoyed biking trails (so so many) and my husband and hiked Zion (so close too). Evenings we enjoyed the fire pit and well as the well equipped kitchen to make family meals. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens, and bathrooms very clean. We might book for next year - I would highly highly recommend this property. One final note -Tyler was very quick to respond and accommodate our needs - he allowed us to check in early.

Great Location
This was a wonderful home and very close to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. Lovely view of the mountains and city lights with a great backyard patio to enjoy. Home was very clean and well supplied. Would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful home.

Great place for family get together
Place was just as pictured. Home is in a great location for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon. We had family get together and spent days in the parks and evenings at this home. Throughly enjoyed stay. View from backyard and fire pit was wonderful.

Unbelievable!!!
Everything was beautiful, the house, the decor, the outdoor fire, everything! It was clean, comfortable, and had little extras of essentials. The grocery store was very close, and you could walk to the coffee shop. The pictures online match exactly to what you see in person. My only complaint is I couldn't take the home back to my own home!!! It was perfection!

A Perfect Location For Resting After Experiencing Zion
The property went above and beyond just the description and photos. Incredibly clean, comfortable beds, a gorgeous view from the lawn, plenty of amenities, and the kitchen was well supplied for breakfasts and dinners. The closeness to Zion while being incredibly affordable was perfect for myself and my guests who travelled across the country to visit. The owner was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. I especially like the QR codes in the kitchen providing a list of places to eat and hikes to do in the town. I can not recommend this place enough!

Great Location..Great Host
In making a trip out west to the many natural wonders we broke up hotel stays with this great stop. Home is quite large and provided much needed space. Everything worked properly and access to the garage to keep the car cool in summer heat was nice bonus. Great experience and Tyler was responsive and was proactive to enure we had no issues or questions.

30th Birthday Celebration

Wonderful house close to Zion!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was a 20 minute drive to Zion, and it was very easy to get into the park from La Verkin. It was a very comfortable, cozy home and very nicely appointed. The outside space was lovely, a nice fire pit surrounded by comfortable chairs so we could enjoy the outdoors.

Perfect Zion Paradise!
This property was the cleanest most perfect vacation spot. Other than food, we had everything we needed! Toiletries, Linens, and Kitchen gadgets and utensils!! Seriously, this house was so clean!!! Also the grocery store was 5 mins away. The view was to die for! The pictures do not do this house justice!! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Zion!

Amazing stay!!
We loved our stay at this home! We are a family of 4 with one person using a wheelchair. This home had no barriers. The backyard was amazing! The view was so beautiful and with the fire pit it just made it perfect. It was so nice to spread out after staying in 4 hotels on our road trip. Communication was great. It was only a 20 min drive to Zion. The town that is outside of Zion, Springdale is so nice! Shopping and really great restaurants. We ate at Oscars 2x which the hosts recommended, it was soooo good. Also do not miss the main location of River Rock Roasters, we had dinner and breakfast from there it was really yummy. I wish more homes were accessible like this for travel it really topped off the end of our trip to Grand Canyon, Bryce & Zion.

The perfect home base for visiting Zion Natl Park!
This home in La Verkin was the perfect place for our party of 7 adults' visit to the Zion Natl Park area. The home is spacious, very clean and really comfortable. We enjoyed great family time here for morning breakfasts and late dinners after long days exploring Zion & Bryce Canyon. The view of the mountains from the back yard patio & fire pit area are great! The home had everything needed for a wonderful stay and host Tyler was very accessible, responsive & helpful. Each one of our party of 7 gives this home rave reviews !!

All round great place.
We were a group of five seniors on a hiking trip in Zion. This place was a great base for our trip. I was the organizer and received many compliments for my choice of accommodation. Very clean, well supplied, good communication with Tyler. We absolutely loved the outside gas fire pit with a gorgeous view over the valley. LaVerkin has grown a lot since I was last there and now has an excellent grocery store just a few blocks from this VRBO, so no longer needed to drive to Hurricane for supplies.

Great House!
This house did not disappoint. The location was perfect (quiet neighborhood close to town and perfect distance to park entrances). The house was clean and in great condition, with all the kitchen amenities you could ask for from a vacation rental. The backyard was a special treat with a gorgeous view and wonderful fire pit for hanging out in the evening. Check in and check out were easy and communication was great.
