“It was clean and comfortable. There were high kitchen ware. Picnic tables, coal girl and yard games provided. No dining table but we made do.”

“The house was great for our stay. We loved getting up in the morning and looking out at the river from the back porch. The evenings were so peaceful. We would love to come back in the warmer months to enjoy the pool and river. We had 9 people with us so we had plenty of room.”

“At first my wife was worried about the location/surroundings but after settling in, we found the home to be very comfortable. All newly remodeled property which was close to everything. A lot of the homes in the area are being bought up and remodeled. The neighborhood was fairly quiet. We were minutes from downtown and close to the major hwys to get to our destinations of interest quickly. The amenities in the home made us very relaxed after a long day of fun being tourists. Definitely will stay...

“We were in New Braunfels for a family wedding and stayed in this beautifully renovated cottage. The furnishings are even more stylish than the photos can portray, the mattresses and pillows and linens were wonderfully comfortable, and the deck was delightful. And Melissa has thought of everything! There is a wireless speaker in the living room as well as one in the kitchen--both matching the decor. There are 3 ways to get your caffeine going in the morning--and a milk frother provided as well!...

“Great place close to everything”

“We stayed in this lovely house to visit family for the holiday. It had a quirky layout with plenty of space and nooks for people to hang out in. It was walking distance to everything we needed, like naeglin’s bakery. Only wish there were some extra warm blankets as New Braunfels gets chilly in November.”

“Loved the cottage! It was in the heart of a calm and quiet town with lots of restaurants and bars. We loved the outdoor area, where we used the grilling area twice. The host was available to answer any questions promptly and gave us amazing tips on where to visit. Would love to stay there again.”

“This is the perfect spot if you are planning to spend a night out on the town with your significant other, if you’re packing the whole family it is pretty loud after bedtime with the kids, the hosts did provide items to control the noise, but the bands at the bars and the motorcycles in town definitely roll into the night. Like I said, it’s a perfect spot for two but a tough one for the family with kids. Great hots and great location to downtown life.”

“The pictures on VRBO are all very accurate. The place was as advertised. The back yard was great for our two little Yorkies. Very updated inside. Street is very busy but once you get inside the house you forget all about it. Couldn’t have been any better.”

The manager was there when we arrived and offered to drive us to our meeting the first day. Also, any questions we asked were answered very quickly. The neighborhood is being refurbished and not bad. We totally enjoyed our stay at this little home and would rent it again in a minute. Thank you to the hosts!”
