“Close to JetBlue Park and RSW. Nice layout. Not the cleanest, and things need to be fixed (holes on back of door, scrapes on floor, poor paint job, blinds on slider don't work, the wifi stopped working so no TV either). Would be nice to have comfortable seating in yard. Not great for seniors - no grab bars in shower. Neighborhood isn't very pretty, and not a lot of shops/restaurants nearby.”

“This home is very spacious which is very much needed with multiple kids everything was clean and it came stocked with toiletries which was a major plus and the back porch was such a calming and relaxing space the only issue we had was the internet sometimes but other then that it was an amazing place to rent and I will definitely be back.”

“We stayed at the property for almost a week and had a great time. The pool was being fed by the hot tub, so for a few days it was at 101 degrees. Had a hard time turning down the thermostat, but eventually worked it out with the owner to turn off the heater all together. The pool was down to 90 by the last day. Also the water pressure plummeted mid-trip, but the owner came by that day and it was better than ever by that evening.Overall it was a good stay.”
