I booked this 8 months in advance. Seeing that I was not receiving the check-in information, I wrote... with no response. I was worried, I contacted VRBO service, and they asked me to wait until the last minute before offering me a refund or finding something else, which I did ! The did reimburse a bit more than what I paid for.
I went to see on site, to maximize the chances of solutions, several delivery tickets on the door.
Lots of unnecessary stress!
