To ensure a safe and pleasant stay for all, please review the following rules:

1️⃣ Security Deposit
Airbnb: according to their policies
Other platforms: $1000 deposit (refunded within 7 days if no damage)

2️⃣ Responsibility

Guests stay at their own risk. The owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses.

3️⃣ Forgotten Items

Returned upon request: $20 administrative fee + shipping costs 📦

4️⃣ Access to the Property

The owner or representative may access the chalet in emergencies or with reasonable notice.

5️⃣ Hot Tub Use 🫧

We do our best to have it ready upon your arrival. Heating delays after a water change are normal and not grounds for complaint.

Shower before use
Close the cover after each use

6️⃣ Safety

Exterior cameras
Decibel monitoring for neighborhood respect

7️⃣ House Rules

❌ No noise between 10 PM and 9 AM
👥 Only registered guests may stay
🔑 Main guest may be asked to present ID and the credit card used for booking
🚭 No smoking inside (cigarettes, vape, cannabis, etc.)

8️⃣ Pets

🐶 Not allowed.
However, we do have other pet-friendly properties available—contact us and we’ll gladly help you find the perfect option !

9️⃣ Events
