Our place offer beautiful amenities such as a private jacuzzi and sauna. You`ll find a pool/gym in our private exclusive club at a couple of minutes walk from the chalet. We are minutes away from skiing parks trails and the lake. Less than 18km from the Mont-tremblant ski resort and less than 10km away from Mont-Blanc resort.

Spanning over 1,800 sq. ft., this beautiful chalet offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and luxury. Located in Lac-Supérieur, just a few minutes’ drive from Mont-Tremblant ski resort, it combines modern amenities with breathtaking natural surroundings. Enjoy exclusive access to Club La Pointe, just a 5-minute drive from the chalet, reserved for the privileged residents of the Fraternité community. Guests can enjoy a wide range of premium amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, volleyball court, and direct lake access for kayaking and water activities. Unwind with a rejuvenating yoga session or simply soak in the serene natural surroundings—perfect for relaxation, recreation, and creating unforgettable memories.

The chalet features an open-concept design with high ceilings and large windows, letting natural light flood the space and offering stunning views of the forest from morning to night.
The bright and cozy living room includes a natural wood fireplace and a Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, and more. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout.

KITCHEN & DINING
Large, fully equipped open kitchen with all cookware, dishes, and essentials. A drip coffee maker and Nespresso Vertuo machine are available on-site. Filter coffee, sugar, and a few Nespresso pods are provided for your convenience. The spacious dining area offers beautiful outdoor views and direct access to the balcony. An outdoor fireplace makes summer evenings with family and friends even more enjoyable.

Please note that our property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. Only 8 guests will receive bracelets granting access to Club La Pointe amenities.

We kindly ask that all bracelets be returned inside the chalet before 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Resort amenities cannot be used after 11:00 AM on check-out day. Failure to return the bracelets will result in a $300 penalty fee.

Resort Access Information:
CLUB LA POINTE
Club de la Pointe is open 7 days a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Tennis:
• Tennis courts may be reserved for one-hour time slots.
Reservations must be made through the application. Booking link available in our guest guide
• Please respect other users as well as the Club facilities.
• To play, you must reserve a time slot no more than one week in advance. You’ll find the booking link in our traveller’s guide.
• Only one reservation is allowed per day and per unit.
• Players must arrive at least 10 minutes before their reservation time.
• In the event of maintenance work or unfavorable weather, the Club de la Pointe reserves the right to close the grounds.

Tennis outfit:
Players must wear appropriate sports attire. Players must wear tennis or sports shoes with non-marking soles. Spiked shoes, flip-flops and beach sandals are prohibited.


POOL: summer only
- HOURS: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 7 days a week, weather permitting (summer schedule)
- MAXIMUM DURATION: 60 minutes
- MAXIMUM PEOPLE: 10 in the pool
- Although the pool is supervised, children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Swimsuits are required and swim diapers are required for all toddlers.
- Chairs are available to guests.
- Children`s toys and life jackets are not included.

Walking Trails;
The Grande Boucle trail crosses Lac-Supérieur, which means you can access hundreds of kilometers of mapped trails, including the UQAM Inter-Centre trails and the Mont-Tremblant National Park network, directly from the northern slope of the mountain to
Fraternité-sur-Lac.

Petanque:
Originating in Provence, France, the objective of this century-old game is to throw or roll your pétanque balls toward a target ball. The ball closest to the target wins!

The outdoor fireplaces at Club de la Pointe are nestled outdoors among the trees.
- Roast marshmallows while you see an abundance of stars twinkling in the night sky.
- Note: Fire pits are not available when restricted by the municipality. Respect the signage on site.

Lake View: Summer Only
-Soak up the sun with stunning lake views in one of eight socially distanced patio pods.
- HOURS: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week (summer hours).
- To relax, you must stay on your pod and refrain from adding or removing any furniture made available to you.

Gym:
- It is strictly prohibited for people under 18 years of age.
- Enjoy a workout with a perfect view of the lake!
- Our private resort gym, located next to the pool, includes weights, an elliptical trainer, a stationary bike and bands to keep you active during your vacation.
- HOURS: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 7 days a week.
- MAXIMUM DURATION: 60 minutes
- Equipment must not be removed from the gym.
- Appropriate footwear is required.
- A bathroom is available inside the gymnasium.

Docks: (Summer only)

- No lifeguard on duty

Nautical Equipment:

Ice Skating Rink:
-In winter, the Club de la Pointe staff transforms the beach volleyball court into an ice rink!
-Regular hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. It is important to respect the signage indicating whether the rink is closed or open depending on the weather and ice conditions.
