“Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!”

“Everything about this hotel is fantastic except the room service. Twice we ordered breakfast room service and twice it was the incorrect items which arrived, on the second occasion the correct order only arrived after two attempts and an hour and a half of waiting. When only four items are on the breakfast room menu getting it correct shouldn’t be that difficult?”
