Whether you're here for summer lake days, fall foliage drives, or a cozy off-season getaway, this home gives every group the space, comfort, and flexibility to make it their own. Please note that this is a duplex with a unit on the other side of the building.



Step through the front door into the welcoming main level, where a built-in bench and coat hooks greet you before opening up into a bright, open-concept living space. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together naturally — filled with natural light and thoughtfully designed for groups who want to spend real time together.

- Primary booking guest must have at least one prior stay history on Vrbo and maintain a 5-star guest rating/review history. Reservations that do not meet these requirements may be subject to additional screening, cancellation, or a refundable security deposit request at the host’s discretion.

- The primary guest must be 25+ with ID if requested.

- Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night.

- Pets, parties or events are not allowed.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Violations will result in a $500 fine, plus any additional charges for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home for the duration of their stay — all four levels, all four bedrooms, both full bathrooms, the half bath, the fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, private back deck, and finished basement suite with its own entrance. In-unit washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and all provided amenities are included. Two dedicated parking spaces are available in the driveway.

You're 0.2 miles from Daytona Fun Park and under a mile from Weirs Beach, one of New Hampshire's most beloved lakeside destinations, known for its boardwalk, sandy beach, arcades, and waterfront dining.

From Skyview, Weirs Beach is walkable at under a mile, and Daytona Fun Park is just 0.2 miles away. Restaurants and downtown Laconia are about 6 minutes by car. Gunstock Mountain is 14 minutes away, Meredith Bay is 18 minutes, and the broader Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront is accessible within 37 minutes. Major routes including I-93 and Route 3 are easily accessible for day trips north to the White Mountains or south toward Concord and Manchester.
