“The owners were incredibly friendly, they gave us free water and coffee. The apartment is very good, especially the one with a balcony on the top floor is amazing. Bed and bathroom were both comfy and there's plenty of space and equipment for 3 people. It's not a problem to leave baggage if arriving earlier than check in or when checking out, and access is easy to marmaray metro line. Would definitely stay again if I visit the area.”

“I booked one room for one night at Zirkon Suit Otel in Istanbul. I booked and paid in advance one room for two people throught Hotels.com. I arrived to Zirkon Suit Otel on 24th of December at around 10 pm. When I showed my booking number and the confirmation of the booking to the man at the desk he asked me to speak with the owner of the hotel. The owner was very unpolite and bad more over he asked me to pay addictional 1600 turkish lira because he said that I booked for a room with a single...
