“Our stay was super good and we enjoyed everything. I would just like to let you know that the light bulb in the living room burnt out and the toilet paper and paper towel holders in the bathroom must’ve loosened off of the wall and just hung down a bit. All in all we were very impressed with this property. Thank you”

“Great location! The cutest bookstore, hangout bar next door. Easy to get to downtown, navy pier and other attractions. ”

“We thought this 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom place was more space than my husband and I needed for just the two of us but we actually appreciated having the extra bathroom. It was located perfectly for our purpose of visiting family nearby -- we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to be.We did purchase some black tea for our morning wake-up.”

“My wife and I stayed here for a concert at Wrigley Field. It's a 20 minute walk to Wrigley. The neighborhood is safe to walk around in. The hosts communicated very well with us. 15-20 minute drive to downtown Chicago. Overall a great stay! Will stay again if ever if the area. ”

“We had a great time visiting Chicago. Our host was able to let us into the property early the day of arrival and check out was a breeze. There is another rental unit upstairs and there was definitely some noise from that unit but wasnt terrible. The L is right behind the unit and runs approx every 10 min thought-out the night but isn't terrible disruptive except from the back bedroom. The bed in the front bedroom is from the great depression and is louder than any bed I've slept on. Should...

“Check in was easy, property was located in a great area. Super quiet at night. The only downside was that it was around 80 degrees when we first got there and we couldn't figure out how to turn on the AC. The property manager didn't respond until the next day. Thankfully it was cold that night so we just opened the windows to cool the place down. They eventually offered to have someone come out to look at the AC but we were gone all day sightseeing. We didn't want to spend any of our time...

“Convenient, quiet, clean and close to all of the best that Bucktown has to offer. It was in a perfect location for our needs and I've already recommended to family and friends. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Chicago.”

“We enjoyed a very nice 6 day stay at this property. It was exceptionally clean and had all of the amenities that you could want. As is well advertised in other reviews the Brown line runs directly next to this property. There was a noticeable difference in the amount of train traffic between the weekdays and the weekends. On the weekends, the train was very unobtrusive and did not really affect our stay at all. However, during the week, especially during rush hour, the trains are very frequent...

“Stayed 3 nights visiting my son. Good location, large apt., nicely decorated. I wish the tub/shower had a grab bar. The jacuzzi tub has a high profile and is difficult for older adults to step in and out. It was quiet inside--even the nearby train was hard to hear. I did trip several times on the drain cover right outside the entry door. Be careful!”

“Overall was an okay property. The dishes in the kitchen had bits of old food crusted to them from the previous guests, which was gross. We had to wash everything before we could use it. The master bath had several lightbulbs out and the sinks smelled like sewage when we used them. The downstairs bathroom had exposed pipes that were corroded. The beds were comfortable. The proximity to the red line was excellent but the L was right behind the building and kept some members of our group up at...

“This property was conveniently located to restaurants and public transportation. We did not find the photos and description thorough enough for our group, given steep stairs, partially with no railings. In addition, the furniture was uncomfortable, appliances not all in working order, and bedrooms very sparse, with no mirrors or bureaus.”
