“I stayed for approximately 2 1/2 months and I had a great experience. The owner is very nice and respectful and the property was what I expected. The area is very nice and safe. Close to downtown but not too close and lots of places in the area.”

“The apartment worked well for our family, was clean, and adequately stocked with supplies. Unfortunately, there was a lot of rain during our stay, so walking to the Delmar loop wasn't an option, and there weren't many restaurants or places to shop less than a mile away. Also, it was too early in the season for the trolley. The Metrolink was close-by, so we were able to get downtown easily.”

“My husband, my 2 year old son and I had a great stay here. Clean, well-kept, and private. We enjoyed time at the outdoor pool and lounge area. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and had good variety. Noise level in hallways during late night hours were quite audible in the living area, however not noticeable from the bedroom. Overall would recommend.”

“Good location for getting around to locations all over St. Louis. Walkable to metro link stop and parts of Forest Park! Be aware if you have issues with stairs as our unit was up several flights of stairs but overall a very clean quiet and convenient place to stay! Owners were very helpful and easy to work with! Replied quickly to any messages.”

“It’s very secluded from people and kind of hidden which I loved. Quite neighborhood and easy access to everything around. The apartment itself is very nice and updated. I loved the shower and it’s heated floors. It has many windows with great lighting. The bed was very comfortable with an amazing comforter and fluffy pillows. The only “problem” was there was no hand soap or hand towels so I had to go buy some hand soap and I left it behind for the next person. I would definitely book this place...
