  • Beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath located in the historic section of the Orange Blossoms in The Villages. Walking distance to the Spanish Spring Town Square with live music, shops, restaurants and more!
    A gas golf cart is included with this rental for your party to enjoy! A signed waiver is required prior to your arrival in order to have access to the golf cart.

    If you have a smart phone, we highly recommend downloading The Villages GPS app! There is a fee attached to downloading it but if you are not familiar with the area, it is a wonderful resource to have.

Great Property

The house is beautiful and the owner was friendly. I would definitely stay there again if in the area. We stayed there to escape hurricane Milton and I am glad we selected this particular property.

You could not find a better place to stay.Very clean everything you could need and if you need anything Gaylynn was right there to help and she is a very polite nice person great property manager..any other place would be a let down now that i have stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks..Thank You Erin H

Great Home in The Villages

This home has beyond our expectations. Beautiful clean home and extremely comfortable. Plus the property manager, Gaylynn, was wonderful. We loved our stay here.

Beautiful place!

This home is in the oldest section of The Villages, but it looks brand new! The golf cart that was provided allowed us to have so much fun exploring the area and visiting the town squares. The home was very spacious and extremely clean!

Immaculate little home.

Immaculate home! Nicely decorated, beautiful bathrooms & kitchen. Loved how close it was to the square for nightly entertainment. Driving around on the golf cart was fun & convenient! Would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful time. Great location very quite and clean. Loved riding the golf cart around. Spanish Springs was a lot of fun and pickleball galore!!

Beautifully appointed

Very nicely decorated and appointed. Wonderful property for a short or extended stay. Comfortable for a couple and still spacious enough for an entire family. Would definitely recommend. Big thanks for returning a dog bowl that we left there too!

The pictures didn’t do this property justice! It’s one of the best properties we’ve stayed in. Everything was perfect! BreeAnn was easy to communicate with. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

Teakwood Stay

The house is a newer home in the older part of The Villages. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need. The neighborhood was quiet and close to swimming pools, golf and Spanish Springs Square entertainment. Our hosts (BreeAnn and GayLynn) were great, they took care of any problems that occurred promptly during our stay. Great vacation, thanks again.

Excellent!

Beautiful property with awesome property manager who was very accommodating. Gave recommendation for a veterinarian when our dog had problems. New appliances, new furniture, lots of linens and towels! Would stay again next year if it were available.

Great Location with All the Amenities

This property was located perfectly. Close to family pool shuffle board and recreation center. Spanish springs square was right over bridge. It also had all the newest appliances and looked as if it had been recently remodeled. A 10 for cleanliness and the property manager was amazingly helpful. Five stars across the board.

Clean and comfortable

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed relaxing in the living room in the evenings. Kitchen had all kinds of spices and condiments. Beds were comfy. Master bedroom had a bed that raised your head and feet which was nice. House came with a two person golf cart that we used to go to the pool a block away and two of us could go to the Spanish square which was fun. The Connect Church in Summerfield was just down the road and was great to visit. We would definitely come again.

We liked everything, very clean, very nice house. Had a small issue with golf cart not working but they got us a different cart for our last two days there. The only other very small issue was there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper one in each bathroom, not a big deal ran to store and picked up a 4 pack. Overall we would go back!

Fantastic property

Every once in awhile you find a hidden gem - this property was it! From the spacious, light and open floor plan to the amazing master bed (head and feet raise separately for each side of the bed) to the unbelievable master bath (a separate vanity from the sink) to the tastefully decorated spaces, I cannot say enough good things about this home. Oh, and then there's the screened in patio area - a delight! And BreeAnn and Gaylynn were responsive and so accommodating. Thank you, ladies, for hosting us! We will definitely be back - and the next time with our dog.

Great Rental Home In The Villages

The house was a great rental home for a week of visiting family in The Villages. The location was great as it was an easy walk/golf cart ride to the Paradise rec center. Orange Blossom Country Club was also a short ride away. It was very clean and up to date. BreeAnn (owner) was very responsive to any questions I had and Gaylynn (property manager) quickly responded when I reached out to her during our stay. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We had one issue with the lights on the golf cart going out so we had to not keep it out after dark. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a short term rental. We will be back when we visit The Villages again.

Orange Blossom Gardens Home Away From Home

My wife and I had a wonderful stay for the entire month of March 2025. The home was even better than advertised in the description and photos and had all the amenities that we desired. It was clean, well supplied and everything seemed new and fresh. The neighborhood was quiet and traffic was almost non-existent. We were able to walk our dogs on the neighboring streets without worrying about safety. Likewise, it was an easy walk to the nearby dog park, swimming pools, and recreation centers, all within an easy 5 minute walk. The included golf cart made getting around quick and easy. We were able to drive to the Spanish Springs town square, the Paradise and La Hacienda rec centers, plus the Hilltop and Silver Lake golf courses all within a 5 minute drive. Publix and Winn Dixie grocery stores, numerous fast food establishments plus nice sit down restaurants were all within easy and quick reach with the golf cart. We enjoyed the nearby nightlife and live music at the Spanish Springs town square (less than 5 minutes by golf cart) and for more options the Lake Sumter Landing town square is also within easy reach (15 minutes by golf cart). Loved the place and community!

We had an excellent experience at this beautiful property. The Villages is a quiet but fun place to visit. Great to relax and enjoy nature. There are plenty of lakes, trees and gardens on the community. We enjoyed the family and adult pools. There is a restaurant within the community, very convenient and food was good.. We loved visiting the squares using the golf car and the bikes. Great communication and service from the hosts and property manager. We will be happy to come back and stay at this property again!

Excellent location

Wonderful quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home with a golf cart and bicycles to use! We brought our 2 small dogs and had a blast! Hosts were wonderful! Spanish Springs is a short drive by cart and we went to the Landing in about 22 min. We also rode around the neighborhood enjoying the homes and landscaping unique to each home. We will be back!! Thank you Hosts!
