    Five minutes away from international airport in a quiet residential neighborhood. Six minutes to Di Bruwry restaurants and bar( home of the famous Belikin Beers) and supermarkets, banks, oriental restaurants, bakery and gas stations. 20 miles to the ancient Mayan ruins of Altun Ha and near to the Baboon Sanctuary in the Belize River Basin.
    Shuttle service available to Belize city, located 10 miles away at minimum cost. This is where water Taxis to the islands and bus terminals are located, including the municipal airport that operates the local. airlines that fly out to the interior of the country and the islands.

A Lovely Stay in Belize

Manuel's place is such a wonderful, peaceful place to stay. We enjoyed the pool, the room is beautiful and Manuel and Anna are lovely people who are great to talk to. Breakfast was also amazing, true Belizean cuisine at its finest.

Manuel and Anna are excellent hosts The studio was a nice place for quiet for my last few days in Belize. Having breakfast made every morning was a treat And Manuel was very informative about the area and took me on a tour so I didn’t have to book one with a tour group.

Stay at cozy apartments

The best host and hostess I've ever had. Had excellent suggestions on activities in the area. Showed me around town, and were available for questions even after my visit.

The apartment was super cute. Everything we needed was there. Very clean, organized and supplied. I wish we lived there! Close-ish to a market and a couple restaurants. Very beautiful garden/outside space. The breakfast was super delicious and home cooked! But honestly the biggest value was their hosts. This couple don’t only made sure we were enjoying our stay and that we had everything we needed but they totally made our experience the best by taking us around the city, give me facts about Belize history and the present, offering to take us to the nearby ruins, and gave us an amazing time both days, even tho we didn’t have anything planned. They made the difference between a regular BnB and an unforgettable one. We felt like part of their family even in the short period of time and they accompanied us in the adventures they suggested. Overall, it was a great experience and we definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic as always

Manuel and Anna are such sweet people, with their place in close proximity to the airport, saved us a lot of hassle staying here. Manuel and Anna give you a ride to the airport and the value of that cannot be forgotten. Me and my daughter would totally recommend this place!

The room was cozy and the hosts were wonderful. Pickup and drop off were smooth and they were more than welcoming offering to take me to a store or restaurant before heading to the property. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Would highly recommend and wish I could have stayed longer!

Like staying with family, that you like

This was our second stay and once again we were treated exceptionally. Manual even led us to a great Jamaican restaurant, that I couldn’t find. Highly recommend.

Very accommodating and hospitable!!

Manual and Anna picked us up from the airport and then took us to tour the local brewery. That night they drove us around the historical sites in nearby Belize City. The next day they made a delicious breakfast! Accommodations were clean and well-stocked, would definitely stay again :)

Perfect for what we needed!

Manuel and Anna are fabulous, picked us up from the airport and dropped us off the next morning. Super convenient and felt very safe. Manuel and Anna made us feel welcomed and the place is super cute! They made sure we had everything we needed before heading over to the apartment.

Definitely cozy, but surprisingly well equipped and comfortable

The hosts have done a splendid job of converting what was a single bedroom into a well-equipped and comfortable place to stay while in the area of Ladyville. It would be difficult to come up with anything needed that wasn't already there and supplied. The hosts were exceedingly kind, gracious, and helpful, and the breakfasts offered were delicious and well-presented.

A very giving host!

Manuel picked us up at the airport, took us to a restaurant to pick up food, stopped at a store and delivered us to a charming studio room and great outdoor space. He then drove us to the water shuttle. This is a lot of giving and so appreciated.

Great cozy stay!

We stayed here 3 nights before heading over to San Pedro. Manuel was super helpful by picking us up from the airport, took us to the grocery store and we even stopped so we could grab some great fried chicken! It was a great jumping off point to go cave tubing, visit Altun Ha, Old Belize and the Caribbean Shrimp Company. Manuel was very accommodating and gave us lots of information. Manual picked us up at the airport expertly. Took us by a store and restaurant to get some dinner. The room was quiet and air conditioned. The next morning he made us an excellent hot breakfast and then took me to go pickup the rental car . Perfect Place to Stay for Flight Layover

We arrived to Belize City airport tired and hungry. Manuel and Anna picked us up and took us to a restaurant to get some dinner before heading "home". They were so friendly, interesting, welcoming and accommodating. The cozy studio is well appointed with every thing we needed, the bed comfortable, the water hot and everything super clean. The area is residential, so I am unsure about walkability to shops or restaurants. Luckily we didn't need either, since Anna and Manuel invited us to join them for breakfast. How nice to be treated to a traditional, home cooked Belizean breakfast. If we ever overnight in Belize City in the future, the cozy studio will be our spot!

A BELIZE TREASURE

Very cozy and comfortable stay. Our host, Manuel, is a true Belize Treasure! The studio is well equipped and we enjoyed our stay. The outdoor space is charming with lots of foliage and a great breeze. Our Host, Manuel, was absolutely wonderful. He not only picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, but he took us on a tour of downtown Belize and we ate at a great restaurant. He made us a fabulous breakfast the next morning. He is a wealth of information. We stayed with Manuel twice, when coming in and returning. Manuel kept in touch with us and we knew we had a friend if we needed assistance. Such a wonderful person!

Literal home away from home

Manuel was the absolute best! He was so kind and generous. My friend and I stayed in Belize city so that we could go on a mainland excursion before heading back home. The home was clean, incredibly safe and the best thing of all, we had Manuel! He was incredible knowledgeable of the area and had fantastic stories to keep us entertained. The space is very close to the airport which makes it very convenient but there are not many things in walking distance. However, that was not an issue as Manuel was so willing to provide more information and offer rides when needed. We will absolutely be back! We enjoyed the space and enjoyed the updated bathroom, the coffee bar, and the couch that allowed for an extra sleeping bed. We can’t wait to return! And hopefully get to meet his wife as we heard so many wonderful things about his family!

Manuel was extremely helpful, friendly, prompt, courteous, and responsive. He picked us up at the airport, arranged for us to get an excellent Belizean traditional dinner delivered late on Christmas night, and then made us breakfast the next day. The bed was comfortable, and all was clean. Highly recommend and I will stay again next time! Thank you Manuel!
