“Rose Cottage was perfect and a delightful place to stay with dogs. The house had everything we needed and was so organized and welcoming that we were quick to feel at home. Jessie was so kind when we met. The fire pit and axe throwing down by the creek was so refreshing and the dogs were wild about running about in the huge fenced in section of the yard. We also enjoyed the deck. We're eager to come back when visiting our family and hometown again soon. ”

“Our stay at the four bedroom log cabin was wonderful. We were in town for my son’s graduation from VT and this house was perfect for our family. Access was generally easy, though it may be a bit challenging for anyone with mobility issues due to the stairs. The front door was a bit tricky—it required a firm push to open. “My group consisted of 2 married couples and 1 single guy. A motorcycle event out of Gearhead Junction in Pembroke brought us to Newport. The cottage was perfect for our group. Plenty of space for privacy as well as gathering to socialize. On Saturday I had planned to visit a few local shops but instead stayed on the farm and enjoyed the peace and serenity. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and fenced/escape proof front porch. Thank you for sharing your lovely mountain cottage.”
