“The worst DIVE ever. Upon walking in to the area, it was completely nasty. Was offered a room without air conditioning. Are you serious in the Philippines!. Walked right out and did not get a refund eventhough we did not stay there and the terms of agreement were not honored! Be extra careful with these rip-offs!”

“Big Paul’s is the place to be in El Nido - we didn’t know what to expect and opted for a private twin room with for £15 each Free rum and coke - for 3 hours Copious free shots - made by Paul himself Loads of other amazing backpackers from around the world Free breakfast and just everyone is so nice! 5 mins in a tricycle from El Nido town centre Bike rental yards away Can’t fault it one bit - we only wish we could have stayed longer (my liver probs couldn’t take it though)”

“This is a great hostel. Very clean, right on the beach, incredible service. It did get rowdy at night, but was not a trashy vibe at all - fine if you were not trying to party. We are a couple in our 30s and enjoyed ourselves.”

"Todo excelente. Súper recomendable. Cómodo, limpísimo, atención inmejorable de todos los integrantes del hotel. La comida deliciosa y el desayuno abundante. Los dueños Noud y Jennifer, siempre atentos a mis necesidades como huésped, me apoyaron en todo momento. Me sentí en casa. Para reserva de excursiones, vehículos, etc. es muy recomendable hacerlas allí mismo en el hotel. Gracias Noud y Jennifer y a todos por una inolvidable estancia en “EL NIDO” y en Mansión Buenavista. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended. Comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the service from every member of the hotel staff was outstanding. The food was delicious and the breakfast plentiful. The owners, Noud and Jennifer, were always attentive to my needs as a guest and supported me at all times. I felt at home. For booking tours, vehicles, etc., it’s highly recommended to do so right there at the hotel. Thank you for Noud, Jennifer and all the staff for an unforgettable stay at “EL NIDO” and at Mansión Buenavista "
