PROS
Property management very accommodating with earlier check in and later check out time.
House located near the lake, beautiful views of Lake Como.
Large kitchen open concept layout. Bathrooms were modern and well decorated. Nice size outdoor patio with amazing view.
Great location with SO much potential if it was properly maintained and serious issues especially the mold were addressed.
CONS
Could not use bottom level at all due to terrible damp smell and noticeable mold in many areas. We had 9 people so now short beds for 2 people. They were forced to sleep on the couch which was not at all comfortable. Mold issue was addressed in another review dated August 14, 2024 management's response was" Humidity unfortunately is a frequent problem on Lake Como. We will check with the team on site that there is no mold for future arrivals" CLEARLY THIS WAS NOT DONE.
Cleaning was less than satisfactory no paper towels or dishcloth provided. No wine bottle opener provided. Coffee maker was filthy and stained. Garage door did not work. Contacted property management as none of the TV's worked said they would stop by and help us but never showed up. Most bathroom and bedroom doors don’t close properly and locks don’t work. One guest got locked in the third level bathroom as handle fell off. None of the bathroom vanity lights worked. Both upper bathrooms had leaks in the ceiling. Property management was advised so hopefully was attended to for future guests.
