Apartamentos en Lago Champlain

“Adorable apartment walking distance to everything! Quiet and clean. Would definitely return to this spot.”

“Bel endroit propre et confortable près du centre-ville à pieds parfait pour un weekend!”

“Super cute stay perfect for a weekend getaway :)”

“Great property for 1 person or a couple. Had everything you needed. The host is wonderful and the goats and chickens were a nice surprise. Only thing that was not explained enough was it does not have central air conditioning, just a window unit in bedroom that did not cool the whole apartment. Was only a there to sleep, so worked for me.”

“Good parking and lovation”

“Had an enjoyable stay! Felt very safe, area was quiet and peaceful. Downtown Winooski was a short drive away, as well as downtown Burlington. Beds were super comfy, unit was so much bigger than I realized. Plenty of room for 4 people (we had 2) even a great little office room away from the living room if work is needed to be done. Would def recommend and stay again”

“The description of this rental is wildly inaccurate. It is a basement apartment in the rear of the building. Description on VRBO shows a different photo and describes the unit as “sunlit”. Not true. The bldg is run down and noisy. Certainly not worth the .”

“Joseph's accommodations were excellent and he was helpful in recommending places to eat in Burlington. He was even thoughtful enough to leave half & half in the fridge for use with his excellent coffee. A delightful stay!”

“Location was perfect - you could walk to everything! Apartment was very clean with high end upgrades. Highly recommend!”

“Currently, I cannot find the description of the apartment but it would have been helpful to Know that it was in a Basement. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because there were five entrances into the apartment. Although they were all locked, it was a little alarming. Additionally, there is no kitchen if that's important to you.”

“Very lovely space in a quiet neighborhood. Very conveniently located and walkable to many local restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities. Highly recommended.”

“Location is great, but parking needs to get resolved. On street parking is limited to 2 hours during the day on one side and one hour on the other. But the city does not seem to be actively enforcing. Since most guests would be driving in and picking the downtown location so they can walk everywhere, the host needs to be much clearer about parking or find an alternative for guests.”

“Host wasn’t responsive The bedroom fan/cooler was not functioning, was too hot during the night to sleepEasy check in, great location, dedicated parking”

“The place was very nice and kept up. I would stay again.”

“Some cute aspects but very old building that looks a little tired. Stairs are as described, bathroom requires that you go in sideways to get between the sink and tub and shower is a step up into the claw foot bathtub. Reminds me of my old college apartments. ”

“Nice place, great communication by James. The parking spot was very tight for our full size truck but doable. Like others said the bathroom and shower is small, water pressure was fine, door doesn’t shut well. Bedrooms were really nice, well lit and comfortable bedding. Good location for getting around. Kitchen has everything you need. Thought it was a bit pricey,Overall nice stay”
