“This hotel is like staying in a modern art museum. All the spaces are extremely beautiful and the 2 red pools are stunning. The room is super modern all controlled by remote control and it was always super clean. The hotel staff was very helpful all the time. I really loved my stay here, you can really enjoy a peaceful stay in the middle of a busy street if that’s what you’re after, but also you can find anything you wish if you walk around in the beach or the street.”

“Loved the Centara Reserve- loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Chaweng but a walk away or tuk tuk drive away.
The resort was so green, and well looked after.
Breakfast was yum- so much variety, was fresh and healthy.
The rooms were stunning- clean and well maintained. Beautiful bathrooms.
Loved the refill mini bar and the surprise of the day.
Only complaint would be that there is one lift at the whole resort- lots of stairs.
Staff were beautiful- nothing was too difficult

“Tout y est magnifique. Le lieu, l'architecture, le mobilier... la chambre est spacieuse et pensée au mieux. L'endroit est raffiné, le personnel souriant et serviable.
Les bémols qui nous, nous ont éloigné du paradis que pourrait être cet endroit, sont le fait que l'hôtel se situe, comme la plupart des hôtels de cette côte, sur le couloir aérien de l'aéroport de Koh Samui.
Et dans le même ordre d'idée, la musique de l'établissement jouxtant l'hôtel est très voire trop présente.

“Es un hotel antiguo, que está muy bien ubicado, a metros de zona comercial y en plena playa, donde se está tranquilo y con fácil acceso a las tiendas. Tiene una piscina bien tenida ideal para usarla al atardecer, después de un día de playa.
Los baños están faltos de mantenimiento, donde se visualizan zonas sucias entre los azulejos y nos tocó varios cortes de luz que afectaban el abastecimiento de agua.
Existen algunas reposeras en la playa, en muy mal estado y con cojines sucios que no invitan...

“Check in was easy but I had to wait for the room to be ready. The resort is a beachfront hotel. However, the rooms has no views of the beach at all. My room has no window. It was just the balcony. And, I I got a room at the very first end and it’s a major walkway that’s why I couldn’t really open my curtains. The room was clean but showing it’s age.
Other than that, I liked the ambiance at night. Food and drinks were great. The staff were great.

“So good we booked 3 extra days - the one downside is the mindless same beat boring music (if you can call it that) that is played constantly around the pool area from about 2pm) and gets louder into the evening. To be fair they are catering for the under 40 age. Very nice beach. Young staff are very good, good food and drink pool/beach bapr”

“We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were truly amazing so kind, welcoming and attentive and the room was beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. I genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing.
The only thing I would change next time is booking a larger room or separate rooms, as there were three of us (my son, my sister and myself), but that’s purely down to my own booking choice and not a reflection on the hotel at all.
