“Everyone was AMAZING!”

“Patumu Hotel is well-located near the entrance to Ngorongoro Crater National Park. The hotel is simple with clean rooms and comfortable beds, but a bit dimly lit. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful in directing me to local services. There was ample parking and a restaurant.”

“Excellent merci nous avons bien dormi et c'était très agréable”

“The room and the food was very nice and the staff was friendly. The pool-area need improvement, and I think the place need cosy sites both out in the garden area and in the restaurant. Places, where we could sit and talk or read. ”

“Poor entrance road, without signs, but the place was beautifully constructed with old huge wooden beams in the dining area, good food, beautiful grounds, nice pool and helpful friendly staff”

“We were treated like kings during our 4 nights at Kilimamoja Lodge, the best was their outstanding service. Also very nice cottage with three showers, one of them outdoors ,amazing views, excellent grounds, stunning dining room, good food, good and affordable wine list.I have seen previous reviews were other guests regret no to stay more;well, this is absolutely correct. We used the hotel as main station for our game drives to Lake Manyara and Tarangire parks with one more day just to relax. “I’m traveling alone, in Cajanus I feel very well and safe. They helped me with some things to travel!”

“Cuando llegamos al hotel , en vez de darnos la habitación que habíamos reservado nos dieron a elegir entre dos de categoría inferior. Nos quejamos y al final nos dijeron que había un problema con el agua caliente en la que habíamos reservado y por eso nos ofrecían una habitación inferior, sin embargo no nos hacían ningún descuento en el precio. Nos quedamos en la que realmente habíamos reservado y el agua caliente funcionó los 9 días que pasamos allí ; sin embargo la taza del baño estaba rota y...

“We have spent two nights in Tarangire Greenland Retreat. Our experience was nothing but amazing. Staff was very friendly and paid attention to everything you might need. Tents are spacious and very luxurious. Everything was very clean. Having en suite toilet and shower in a tent was very comfortable. Beds were super comfy and the breakfast and dinner very tasty. We are vegetarian and the alternatives we got for the main dishes were the best on our whole trip. This accomodation might be on the...

“As the name would imply, the hotel is located uphill from the main street of the town. The rooms were spacious and were separated by a wall, so each person had their own section. The bathroom was an issue as the toilet, sink and shower were all in the same place, so that if someone had a shower, the whole floor would get wet. The wi-fi was inconsistent but worked better in the dining area. The restaurant had minimal options and you had to order what you wanted for the evening hours beforehand. I...

“They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great.”
