The hotel staff and hotels.com did not care to help and resolve despite calls to front desk and customer service number.”

“Except for the fact that the entire premises, well sometimes inside the room too, was stinking like a public toilet. Had also shared the feedback with the lady at the reception just before checkout. Otherwise the food including breakfast was good and the staff were very courteous and welcoming/ supportive...”
