“The staff was nice and friendly, but the place is really run down and filthy. Way overpriced for what you get, which is next to nothing. It works if all you need is a bed, a shower, and to do some laundry (we didn't use it, but there was a laundry room). There's no shampoo in the room - you have to buy it at the front desk for $1/bottle. We had to have someone show us how to hold the card key on the reader while, at the same time, pushing in and firmly pulling the door handle out to get it to release.
