“We’ve stayed in a number of townhouses in this complex over the years and this one was updated, clean and well-kept. Except for an initial inconvenience of the parking lot getting repaved (we couldn’t get into property until about 6 pm) it was a comfortable stay.”

“This is a nice condo with lots of room a well stocked kitchen. I have rented numerous properties over the years and without a doubt, I have never had an owner as organized as Kenneth. The condo is located in Incline Village, as good a starting point as any for your Tahoe adventures. If you have access to a vehicle, there are lots of things within an hour. I would stay here again. ”

“My husband and I had stayed in this unit before. This time, we stayed for 11 nights in this very nice condo. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. The deck (with a gas grill) is mostly private and is perfect for morning coffee, lunch, an evening beverage, or just relaxing in peaceful surroundings. (A plus: The lamps have bright enough bulbs to read by, unlike most other condos.) Check-in and check-out are easy. Hint: Take a short walk down Incline Way to a nice path...

“My only major objection is that we were not allowed to remain in the unit’s designated parking space after the 11:00 am checkout time. So because we wanted to ski until the afternoon of checkout day, we were required to move the car to a paid parking spot.”
