“The property was good and clean; the poolside seating adds to the view. The rooms have a big balcony and a view. The only con is that the property is pretty far from MG Road, and you have to book a taxi from the road. No cab was available at the hotel and restrauant timing were very strict to 9 PM. They had very few guests on the day we travelled.”

“I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay in your family room. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations due to several service and facility issues. First, the hotel felt quite congested, and room service was difficult to reach. After 9:00 PM, calls to the staff went unanswered. Additionally, the hair dryer policy is highly inconvenient; it is unusual for a hotel to have only five units to circulate among all guests upon request. Most concerning was the condition of...

“It's a decent property. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Food is good. Room and toilet very clean. They have a cafe where they keep extremely delicious cream rolls. It's definitely not worth 4 stars accreditation. Wifi hardly worked. TV was so small that I wondered why that was even kept. My booking voucher said they bed size was such that 3 people can sleep. “Not worth the price. Difficult to get to spots and back. Not at all helpful”

“Shops are nearby Situated in the main market The hotel lacks dinning There is no restaurant inside the hotel”

“I arrived at 21.00 to find the place deserted. No phone to call. A kindly resident of the building helped me find the manager, a young boy who knew nothing of my coming. My booking either vanished or.. This is unforgivable. The room itself is OK but the place is like a morgue and no staff most of the time. Hotels.com should not take bookings for this place. NB. Despite being called a guesthouse they don' t clean the rooms, so it is more like homestay. ”
