“Property was neat and tidy. There was air conditioning that worked in every room. Lots of available parking very bright and white interior, working TV with plenty of channels in English as well as other languages. Nice outdoor area as a terrace upstairs. Brand new frying pans well equipped kitchen beds were comfortable, quiet, neighborhood, safe neighborhood. We went for early morning walks for a mile and evening walks for 2 miles. Three minute walk to nearby cafe, 7 minute walk to a grocery...

“The house was well situated and has lots of potential. Our host Claudio was polite, quick to respond, and very helpful. The rooms are a good size, and the house has a good layout. Unfortunately, the beds and pillows were very hard and quite uncomfortable. The outdoor furniture is in need of replacing, the BBQ is rusty and new interior paint would be a good improvement as there is water damage in places and signs of mold in the bathroom and elsewhere. The pictures in the listing are outdated as...

Cons: Todo estaba perfecto”

“Everything was exactly as described. The house is in a quiet area, yet within easy reach of everything on the island. We didn’t encounter any problems. The accommodation was cosy and we can highly recommend it.”

“Comfortable and cozy stay : It was very clean and cozy and has all necessary amenities. Also it is not far from the city center and airport, which makes it convenience. I couldn’t find anything”

“Me, myself and I spend one week in this cosy and fully equiped appartment a week in Juny 2021. It was also very quiet, only the ocean waves made sounds. It was very clean. A parking lot belongs to this appartment. I can recommend this appartment for one or two person. Saozhana was very carring and gave me many good recomendations for food and sightseeing.”

“Really good! We’d definitely go again : Everything was great The power went out twice and it took them a while to sort it out, so we were a bit worried”

“We were lucky to be able to watch a gorgeous sunset two out of our three nights’ stay, the last evening unfortunately being cloudy. It’s a very cosy establishment, the selling point being of course the stunning view! Cleaning supplies were provided for us, plus 4 towels, which was sufficient for our stay. We loved the quietness of the area, where only the birds and the ocean waves could be heard. Every day we were visited by small birds asking for food, and on our last morning we noticed a...

“Everything was perfect during our stay. The house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others.”
