The main entrance opens onto the middle floor, where you’ll find a bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The living area also includes a sofa bed, allowing the property to accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably. From here, step out onto the terrace, complete with a BBQ, outdoor sofas, and a dining table, perfect for relaxed alfresco dining. Awnings provide shade, making it an enjoyable space throughout the day.



Downstairs, there are two comfortable double bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms open onto a cozy outdoor terrace with comfortable seating.



Upstairs, the private rooftop terrace provides yet another inviting space to relax, with outdoor seating and an awning so you can enjoy both sun and shade.
