Outdoors, there's a covered terrace with a dining area and a barbecue/plancha, along with a wooden terrace overseeing the 8m x 4m secured swimming pool. The enclosed land offers a ping pong table, a swing, and a pétanque area. It is also possible to play boules in front of the entrance of the house (boules provided)



Note: The villa is located on the grounds of the owner, who live on site.

The villa is located in Lagorce, in southern Ardèche between Vallon Pont d'Arc and Ruoms. The Gorges de l'Ardèche are less than 15 minutes away. The Chauvet cave, the Aven d'Orgnac, the Cocalière are very close caves. 25 minutes from Aubenas, 35 minutes from the thermal baths of Vals les Bains, 1 hour from the Monts Ardéchois plateau.
