“Staff fantastic, cocktails at the bar wonderful. Room great but the double bed was the most uncomfortable ever. I dont have back problems and now have the most painful back. Please get rid of slat bed and replace with a spring base! Would love to stay again but will not only due to the bed.”

“Room had balls of fluff all over the walls and beds, couldn't shower as it broke when turned on, laundry wasn't available to use as stated in booking it was. Staff was not well presented and rude. Was outside our room 30 minutes before checkout and stayed there till check out. Very disappointed. Won't let me attach photos.”

“Was ok for a cheap place to stay. We checked in late and staff very accommodating. We were missing basic things such as hand towels, kitchenette had no sponges or dishwashing liquid, no extra toilet roll. The hose for the shower also had multiple splits so water pressure was lacking.”
